William Long Killed, Donna Yeager Hurt in Two-Car Accident in Wayne Township

Wayne Township, Pennsylvania (September 29, 2017) – William Long, 26, of Pottsville, was killed after two cars collided in Wayne Township on Thursday morning, according to police.

The fatal two-vehicle accident occurred at about at 6 a.m. September 28, on Route 443, near Moyers Station Road.

Long was driving his Saturn westbound on Moyers Station Road when he crossed into the opposite lane and collided with a Nissan Rogue driven by Donna Yeager, 60 of Tow Path Lane, Pine Grove, according to police.

Long was killed in the collision.

Yeager who was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the collision was airlifted to Geisinger Hospital for treatment of injuries described as moderate.

An investigation into the crash is underway.
