Abington Township Crash Leads to Driver Being Rescued

Posted on March 13, 2018 Today, an Abington Township crash in Pennsylvania caused one person to have to be rescued because of the severe accident. The accident took place very early this morning when a motorist lost control and stopped short of plunging off the edge of the highway. The driver was trapped for 2 hours until first responders were able to extricate them. There is no update on the injuries of the driver, but the road was cleared by 7 this morning. Snowfall has been scheduled to fall throughout Lancaster County this week, with forecasters suggesting it will bring frigid temperatures well into the midweek.
