Car Accidents

Car accidents occur daily for many reasons, the number one reason being some form of negligence. Negligence consists of using a phone or device, eating, looking elsewhere other than the road, talking to another passenger, speeding, or driving under the influence. All of these actions are preventable; therefore, the law grants sufferers compensation for any damages and losses. Some individuals suffer lifelong injuries caused by another person’s negligence, which is why having an experienced attorney will help injured persons and their families take any necessary legal steps to help relieve financial burdens. Damages and losses come in different forms such as, medical expenses, loss of wages, property damage, emotional distress, and mental anguish.
