Lancaster Woman Killed and 3 Hurt in Crash in the 300 Block of Octorara Trail
West Caln Township, Pennsylvania (September 1, 2017) – According to police, a Lancaster County woman was killed and three others injured in a 2-car crash in Chester County on Saturday night.
The fatal accident occurred at about 11 p.m. August 26, in the 300 block of Octorara Trail in West Caln Township.
A woman identified by police as Riley Margaret Mathias, 20, of Lancaster was killed and three others injured after a vehicle driven by Riley collided with another car.
Riley’s passenger and two occupants of the other car were hurt.
The three people were transported to Paoli Hospital for treatment of injuries described as non-life threatening and were released.
Limited information on what caused the incident was available at the time of the report.
An investigation into the crash is still underway to determine its cause and liability.
