Richard Rinaldi, 70, Injured in 2-Vehicle Crash in Chester County

South Chester, Pennsylvania (September 6, 2017) – Richard Rinaldi, 70, was injured in a two vehicle Collision at an intersection in South Chester on Sunday afternoon.
According to the officials, the accident happened at about 3 p.m. September 3, at West Grove and South Washington streets.
As per the statement, a 2015 Lincoln MKC driven by Richard Rinaldi and a blue 2005 Saab driven by Jennifer Virbitsky were involved in the crash.
The manner in which the collision occurred has not been established.
Richard was injured in the crash and was rushed to Regional Hospital of Scranton in unknown condition.
Jennifer fled the scene of the accident but was later found and arrested on North Main Street.
Officials established that Jennifer was driving with an invalid license, an expired inspection and registration, and DUI.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
