Car Crash in BethlehemWhile it is not unheard of for there to be several injuries resulting from a motor vehicle accident, at least a dozen people were injured last night in a crash in Bethlehem. Two vehicles collided Wednesday night on a Lehigh Valley Road around 10:00 p.m. The crash occurred at Madison Avenue and East Greenwich Street, leaving a slew of injuries and damages in its wake.

According to police, the driver of a pickup truck was a 16-year-old, and perhaps a lack of experience behind the wheel can be partially to blame. Apparently, the 16-year-old pickup truck driver was heading south down Madison Avenue when it collided into a minivan. It is not specified as to whether or not the collision was head-on or if both vehicles were traveling in the same direction. Catastrophic injuries could be just as likely as minor injuries, but all the report stated was that the injured victims were transported to several local hospitals for treatment.

Nearly any car accident can be detrimental, and a police investigation is currently working to prove negligent behavior was involved. In the event that a driver is proven to have been negligent, then there will likely be a personal injury lawsuit filed by several of the victims.

At Edelstein, Martin & Nelson, we understand the devastating nature of so many accidents. Whenever several people are injured, there are typically many lawsuits ready to be filed.
