North East, PA (June 25, 2018) – An ATV accident that happened in North East, PA, left a 25-year-old man dead. The man died Thursday afternoon in the ATV accident.
The coroner identified him as David Dehaven. He was killed in the accident that took place in the 9900 block of East Lake Road just after 11 a.m.
At the time of the incident, the man was riding his ATV on the gravel driveway outside his house. He was about a hundred yards away from the road when it suddenly flipped several times. The victim was pronounced dead as soon as the responders arrived at the scene. He had blunt force trauma to the head.
Speed might have played a role in the accident, but police continue to investigate at this time.
