Joseph Patrick Ward Killed in Two-Vehicle Collision on Route 6

Meshoppen Twp, Pennsylvania (September 20, 2017) – 56-year-old Joseph Patrick Ward, of Drums, Butler Township, was killed in a two-vehicle collision on Route 6 on Tuesday morning.
According to a news release by the Tunkhannock-based State Police, the collision occurred early on September 19, but the manner in which the collision occurred was not stated.
Paramedics arrived at the scene and Ward was pronounced dead.
It is unclear if the driver of the second vehicle, identified as Daniel Allen, 26, of Meshoppen was injured in the collision.
The police are yet to establish the circumstances of the collision.
