Hempfield Township, Pennsylvania (September 3, 2017) – Multiple cars collided causing injuries to several people in Westmoreland County on Saturday noon, according to Department of Public Safety.

The crash took place on the noon of September 2, along westbound lanes of the Pennsylvania Turnpike at milepost 67, approximately 8 miles west of the New Stanton interchange in Hempfield Township.

Fire crews from New Stanton and Youngwood were dispatched to the crash site and ambulance crews.
