Two-Vehicle Collision in Adams County

The leading cause of car accidents is careless driving, also known as negligence. Negligence comes in many forms, such as driving under the influence, speeding, texting, eating, or applying makeup. Many drivers believe they have the ability to safely multi-task when, unfortunately, that’s not always the case. All of those activities are distractions that take drivers’ focus off the road. It only takes a few minutes for a collision to occur, which could end up to be fatal.

Because one of the people involved in the collision went to the hospital for injuries, it’s likely that the injured victim will file a personal injury lawsuit. If investigators discover that the accident in fact occurred because of negligence, the injured victim can team up with a personal injury lawyer.
