Johnstown Man Dies after Richland Township Two-Vehicle Crash
Richland Township, Pennsylvania (September 11, 2017) – Frank Mulkey, 58, died on Saturday, from injuries he sustained in a traffic accident in Richland Township, Cambria County, in August.
The crash happened at about 2 p.m. August 17, on Scalp Avenue near Route 219 in Richland Township.
According to a police report, Mulkey, of Johnstown, was driving his vehicle on Scalp Avenue when for unknown reasons, crossed the centerline and collided head-on with another vehicle.
Mulkey was rushed to Memorial Medical Center where he was being treated before he died on September 9.
The authorities established that Mulkey was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the collision.
