Woman Killed in 2-Vehicle Collision at State Route 6 and Gas Company Road in Charleston
Charleston Township, Pennsylvania (September 6, 2017) – Faye Tokarz, 89, of Covington, was identified as the woman killed in a fatal crash at an intersection in Charleston, Tioga County, on Tuesday morning.
According to Mansfield-based State Police, the accident happened at about 11:53 a.m. September 5, at the intersection of State Route 6 and Gas Company Road.
Tokarz who was driving a red Hyundai Elantra which was struck on the driver’s side by an eastbound Ford F150.
All occupants of the two vehicles were injured in the crash and were transported by EMS to the hospital for treatment.
Tokarz died at Robert Packer Hospital.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
