Unfortunately, car accidents occur daily and almost always have a negative impact on the lives involved. Most drivers and passengers involved in car accidents suffer severe or fatal injuries. The most common injuries include: head injuries, neck injuries, spinal cord injuries, leg injuries, and arm injuries. Depending on the severity of the accident, medical treatment can take months, ultimately disrupting the injured person’s ability to work and pay for his/or her living expenses.
The most common cause for car accidents is negligent driving. Other causes include: weather conditions, bad road conditions, or defective car parts. When involved in a crash, figuring out whose liable can be a complex process if the cause wasn’t negligent driving. Having an experienced attorney will help aid the process.
The driver could file a personal injury lawsuit once investigators determine who is liable.
