Dana Beatty, 53, Killed in Motorcycle Accident in Duncannon, Dauphin County

Duncannon, Pennsylvania (September 26, 2017) – Dana Beatty, 53, was killed after she was tossed from her motorcycle in a collision in Dauphin County on Sunday, according to police.

The motorcycle accident occurred at about 3 p.m. September 24, on the Clark’s Ferry Bridge near Duncannon in Reed Township.

Dana Beatty, of Lewistown, was riding eastbound on the bridge when she hit a concrete median and was tossed from her bike and was struck by a car heading westbound, according to police.

Beatty who was wearing a helmet was pronounced dead at the scene.

There were no other reported injuries in the crash.

An investigation into the crash is still ongoing.
