1 Killed after Motorcycle Collides with Cars at Pleasure Rd and New Holland Avenue
Manheim Township, Pennsylvania (September 26, 2017) – Dagan R. Bailey, 23, of Lititz died on Friday afternoon following a motorcycle accident in Lancaster County, according to police.
The accident happened at about 12:45 p.m. September 22, at the intersection of Pleasure Road and New Holland Avenue in Manheim Township.
Bailey was eastbound on New Holland Avenue when he collided with a car that was heading north on Pleasure Avenue. Bailey reportedly crashed into two more cars on New Holland Avenue, according to the police.
Bailey was rushed to the hospital where he later died. No other person was injured in the collision.
The roadway remained blocked for nearly four hours while the police investigated the incident. The road was reopened at about 4:30 p.m.
An investigation to determine the cause and liability is ongoing.
