Motorcycle Accidents

Motorists involved in motorcycle accidents almost always receive severe or fatal injuries due to inadequate bodily protection. Because motorcycles easily tip over during crashes, riders are highly susceptible to receiving fractured bones, spinal cord injuries, muscle injuries, and more. Since motorists don’t wear seat belts, it’s easy for them to fly off their motorcycle when involved in a collision. Since the common cause for motorcycle accidents is negligent driving, injured riders can receive compensation for current and future medical expenses, loss of wages, emotional distress, and mental anguish. If riders suffer fatal injuries caused by negligence, their loved ones can purse a wrongful death case.

At Edelstein, Martin & Nelson, we understand how detrimental accidents can be to our clients and their loved ones, which is why we do everything in our power to make sure our clients receive the compensation they deserve for their damages and losses. If you, or someone you know, has been involved in a motorcycle accident, call 888-208-1810.
