Christopher Williams and Edmund Mann Injured in Hamburg Crash
Hamburg, Pennsylvania (September 22, 2017) – Two men were injured after two cars collided in Berks County on Wednesday evening, according to state police.
The incident took place at 5:57 p.m. on Interstate 78 East near mile marker 40.9 in Hamburg.
State police at Hamburg mentioned that Christopher Taylor Williams, 25, of Colmar Township Montgomery County, was driving his car on Interstate 78 East near mile marker 40.9 when he hit the back of a disabled car owned by Yasel Gomez of Palm Springs Fla.
There was no occupant in the disabled car, but it was being serviced when the crash took place.
Williams and his passenger, Edmund Thomas Mann III, 22, from Churchville Bucks County were both taken to Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest with injuries described as serious, as per state police.
An investigation into the incident is still ongoing.
