Roll Over Crash on Route 901
Barry Township, PA (July 1, 2018) – On Sunday night at about 10:00 p.m., a male in his 60’s was driving in his corvette when it rolled over on Sunbury Road. He was removed from his severely damaged vehicle and transported by the Hegins Ambulance to a helicopter at the Schuylkill County Airport. The accident was so critical that several fire departments responded to the scene, which were the Foster Township fire department, the Butler Township fire department, and the Gordon fire department. Ashland’s Rescue and Hammer’s Towing also showed up to the scene. The crash is still undergoing investigation, but it’s been confirmed that the male suffered from severe injuries.
More information will determine the cause of the accident, but since the driver is suffering from severe injuries, he qualifies to file a personal injury lawsuit. If this is a one car accident, there’s a possibility that the accident could have been caused by bad road conditions. Further investigation will determine which legal steps the driver should take.
