One Sustains Injuries in Weisenberg Township Auto-Pedestrian Crash on Holbens Valley Road
Weisenberg Township, Pennsylvania (August 17, 2017) – A 24-year-old man was injured early Sunday morning after he was struck by a hit-and-run driver in Weisenberg Township, a local news source reported.
The accident occurred at approximately 1:55 a.m. Sunday, August 13 on Holbens Valley Road at Hillside Court.
Troopers believe the vehicle that hit the victim was westbound on Holbens Valley Road when the crash happened.
The victim sustained injuries and was bleeding. Troopers said that the injuries sustained were not thought to be life-threatening.
The hit-and-run vehicle was described as a possible light-colored Mercedes-Benz hatchback.
The crash remains under an active investigation.
