Motorists Injured in Greenwich Township 2-Vehicle Crash on I-78
Greenwich Township, Pennsylvania (September 21, 2017) – Two people were hurt in a 2-vehicle crash in Greenwich Township, Berks County, on Tuesday evening.
The collision happened at about 6:00 p.m. September 20, on Interstate 78, at Krumsville Exit 40 and New Smithville Exit.
According to a local news article, a car and a tractor-trailer were involved in the accident.
Rescue crews were dispatched to the crash site to free two people who were trapped in the car following the crash. One of the victims was transported to Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest for treatment of unknown injuries.
