1 Killed and 1 Other Hospitalized While Painting Road in Montgomery County Traffic Accident
Franconia Township, Pennsylvania (September 7, 2017) – One of the public works employees among the two hospitalized after being hit by a car in Montgomery County died on Tuesday while the other remains in hospital, according to officials.
The fatal incident occurred on Tuesday of September 5, in Franconia Township.
The two workers, both from Telford, were a part of crews who were painting lines on a road in Franconia Township when they were hit, as per officials.
They were hospitalized at a local hospital, and one of them was later pronounced dead.
Limited information on their identities and the condition of the second worker was available at that time.
Police mentioned that the driver involved remained at the crash site.
The incident is still under an investigation.
